Payment and Deposits
All credit or debit cards are accepted as are bank transfers and payments in most currencies.
2.9% fee on card payments to cover the processing costs in most locations across the world.
All prices online are exclusive of VAT when quoted and inclusive of 20% VAT in the United Kingdom using UK Booking Engine
The local VAT in the EU/GCC(Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates) varies and is governed by local laws.
Payment terms in 2023
Pre-authorised debit/credit cards prior to the booking.
Full charge by BACS or CC for all new clients. Wedding car hires payments will be taken 30 days prior to the event.
Any deviations to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking, additional stops, and address changes will automatically be charged from the credit card that you provided upon booking.
Should your original choice of vehicle become unavailable at the time and date of the booking, we reserve the right to substitute with a higher category and charge accordingly to the current price list.
LDNChauffeur includes 20.00 GBP/EUR for Meet & Greet Service at all UK/EU Airports which covers a 60-minute waiting time/parking fee.
London Congestion Charge of 15GBP applies between 0700-1800 each and every day of the week except Christmas Day and NYD.
Waiting time at all other times is charged at an hourly rate divided by four 15-minute segments or per half-hour in the EU/Rest of the World
Your booking will be subject to the exact ferry, motorway, and tunnel tolls/charges.
Hourly charges(As Directed) include a 10ml/10km allowance per full hour unless stated or agreed otherwise.
The hourly rates quoted online on our UK site apply exclusively to Central London.
The hourly rates outside of London are between 25% to 50% more and are advised before any charges are made.
Central London Postcodes are W1, W2, WC1, WC2, SW1, SW3, SW5, SW7, SW10, EC1 to EC4, N1, and SE1.
Journeys outside of London and any main cities are priced individually and include our charge per mile.
The night charge between 22:00 and 07:00 in the UK and European countries is set at a 20% premium.
Your booking will be subject to 100% and 50% price increases during Christmas, Easter and New Year, locally recognised Bank Holidays and all major events, respectively.
This shall be notified and mutually agreed upon by both parties by which we mean The Client and LDNChauffeur, prior to any journeys undertaken.
It normally remains at a 100% increase during Christmas Day, New Year's Evening and New Year's Day across the globe.
The price quoted and paid for is the final price based on the information provided at the time of the booking without any unexpected costs unless there is a deviation from the route or any other journeys undertaken during your trip and explicitly requested or authorised.
This shall be notified by email within 12 hours from the initial booking start time.
The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as LDNCHAUFFEUR WORLDWIDE.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the Customer cancels a booking within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.*
If the Customer cancels a booking within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable*
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer in special destinations and by prior agreement, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable, see below for wedding bookings.*
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 3 months from the start of the period of hire, the deposit will be non-refundable.
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 2 months from the start of the period of hire, the full hire amount will still be charged to the customer.*
If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
If the Customer cancels a worldwide booking within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
All security personnel bookings including ex-Royal Protection Officers and Close Protection Officers in UK and Worldwide are NONE refundable once confirmed, acknowledged and paid by the customer.
Terms and Conditions of Service as governed by TfL in the UK
We will only accept bookings from passengers or their nominated representatives.
Please note chauffeurs are NOT permitted by law to accept the bookings.
LDNChauffeur Worldwide accepts responsibility for the booking and its duration if booked via LDN ONLY.
The contract is created between LDNChauffeur Worldwide and the Passenger for the booking and as well as the provision of transportation services.
Only LDNChauffeur can cancel the booking. The driver may reject the offer from Operator only.
The liability in relation to transportation services belongs to LDNChauffeur Worldwide
The booking will be carried out for a price which was agreed upon or estimated as accurately as it can be.
LDNChauffeur Worldwide request a minimum of 8 hours notice for any online bookings during normal UK office hours.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outwith our control.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
By supplying your email address you permit LDNChauffeur to contact you via email, in return, we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
Every effort will be made by LDNChauffeur to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Subcontractors' vehicle(s) arrive on time.
Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
LDNChauffeur’s vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and LDNChauffeur shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
LDNChauffeur will keep a lost property book at their office and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
LDNChauffeur and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
The charge for non-compliance is 300.00GBP

Online quotations are not allowing at present for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Year's Eve where there is an additional surcharge.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, fill out a form or make a payment.
When contacting us on the phone, we may record your call for training and quality control purposes.
When contacting us from this site you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or phone number as appropriate. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
For placing orders online we require you to use our booking engine. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order:
• Our booking site is a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This is then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database, it is only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.
• After a transaction, sensitive private information (social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used to:
• Improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate. For example, this may be to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Retention Policy
LDNChauffeur will no longer be holding data which we have not gained contractual obligations for after 30 days, depending on the sensitivity of this data, it will be deleted instantly. Ranks of sensitivity will be outlined below, as well as some exceptions where data may be held longer lawfully.
Where personal data is held
LDNChauffeur holds personal data in a few different locations, these can include: Our own database servers, email accounts, desktops, employee-owned devices, paper files and backup storage.
Procedures in place for deletion
Accounts-related data that is processed via our two database servers are subject to a 90-day non-usage review of the account, followed up by a 6-month review before the erasure or separation of any personal or sensitive data. Also upon request by the authorised account holder data will be deleted from both database servers within 30 days of the request followed up by a privacy notification and confirmation of the deletion. Data processed via email are subject to the Apple Software on-board retention policy, this includes the purging of unfiled mail after 30 days.
Employee and mobile users including sub-processors who process data on behalf of our company are subject to a systematic 30 days deletion policy after the completion of a contractual obligation. This is achieved via our Dever Software which is downloaded onto mobile devices. Onboard encryption is also enabled on all our mobile devices which are set to delete all information on the device after multiple failed password attempts.
Exceptions where data may be held longer than our 30-day retention period
Financial data stored on our accounts server or stored as hard copies are held for up to 7 years before disposal due to TAX and VAT legalities.
Ranks of sensitive data – Different retention periods
Security criticality of sensitive or personal data which we process will be described and provided for in section 3.1 below, this policy contains requirements for the deletion of any data we process either personal or sensitive ranked ‘low’, ‘medium’ and ‘high’.
System data ranking
• 1 – High – For the requirement of our business and the completion of contractual obligations with our clients it is very important to us that any financial data we store or process for or on behalf of our clients is subject to immediate tokenisation/masking of card details which include CVV/CVV2 information, card number and expiration date. However, if data is to be processed as a one-off request this data will be deleted after processing with immediate effect unless contractual consent is gained.
• 2 – Medium – Account data which may include but not limited to personal data and goods or services provided will be subject to regular review of the data stored for the purpose of maintaining account records. This data allows us to complete our contractual agreements and can include but is not limited to the client’s name, address and contact details. Upon request by the authorised account holder, this data can be deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request.
• 3 – Low – Sensitive classes of information that may include physical or mental health issues, racial or ethnic origin, religious or other beliefs of a similar nature and trade union memberships are stored for legalities but are not processed. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making systems as a part of our company policies. Deletion of this data is subject to but not limited to either upon request or legal obligations.
Your rights as a data subject
We have a robust process for dealing with customer queries and a subject access request is in place, this includes but not limited to the right to withdraw any processing of your personal data and to remove any personal or sensitive data. Our consumer query process is also used to monitor our customers, our data partner and our product/processes. Root cause analysis is applied to every enquiry, allowing us to identify if further action is required.
Your right to request from the controller restriction of processing of personal data can be applied upon request by the authorised account holder.
You have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in regards to how your information has been handled. Please contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Client account data is stored in SQL tablespaces & data file formats which can be exported into either a Microsoft excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF which is then encrypted with a password before sending out electronically. Immediate access to account details is available to clients with web access to our online booking platform which allows the client to update or change the account records, this functionality is secured using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Children Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people at least 13 years old or older.
